orpartcastandpartcreditasmyTrusteesmayintheirabsolutediscretiondecideuponortopostponesuchconversionofmy
estateoranypartorpartsthereofforsuchlengthoftimeastheymaythinkbestandIherebydeclarethatmysaidTrusteesmay
retainanyportionofmyestateintheforminwhichitmaybeatthetimeofmydeath,notwithstandingthatitmaynotbeinthe
formofaninvestmentinwhichTrusteesareauthorizedtoinvesttrustfundsandwhetherornotthereisliabilityattachedtoany
suchportionofmyestateforsuchlengthoftimeasmyTrusteesintheirabsolutediscretiondeemadvisableandmyTrusteesshall
notbeheldresponsibleforanylossthatmayhappentomyestatebyreasonoftheirsodoing;
b)topaymyjustdebts,funeralandothertestamentaryexpenses,allsuccessionduties,inheritanceanddeathtaxes,andall
expensesnecessarilyincidentalthereto,tobepaidandsatisfiedbymyTrusteesassoonasconvenientlymaybeaftermydeath;
c)topaysuchreligioustaxes(likekhumsandkaffarah)andotherexpensesforhiringpeopletodoqazaprayersandfasts;
d)todivideandpayortransferthebalanceofmyestateassoonasisreasonablypracticableaftermydeathasfollows:

4.Theshareofeachchildofmineasdeterminedaboveshallbepaidortransferredtosuchchildofmine,ifheorsheisoverthe
ageoftwenty-oneatthetimeofmydeath,forhisorherownuseabsolutely.
Ifhowever,anychildofmine,whethermaleorfemale,isundertheageoftwenty-oneatthetimeofmydeath,myTrusteesshall
holdandkeepinvestedtheshareofsuchchildofmineandtheincomefromandcapitalofsuchshareorsomuchthereofasmy
Trusteesintheirdiscretionconsideradvisableshallbepaidtoorappliedformaintenance,educationandbenefitofsuchchildof
mineuntilheorshereachestheageoftwenty-one,atwhichtimemyTrusteesshallpayortransfertheamountremainingofthe
shareofsuchchild,ifany,tosuchchildforhisorherownuseabsolutely.

mannerasprovidedforinparagraph3(d)(i,iiitovi)ofthismyWillandtheprovisionsofparagraph4ofthismyWillshallapply
mutatismutandis.
7.Intheeventthatmymotherormyfatherorbothmymotherandmyfathershouldpredeceaseme,thenIdirectmyTrusteesto
distributethesharethatmymotherormyfatherorbothmymotherandmyfatherwouldhavereceivedhadtheysurvivedme
amongstmywifeandmychildrenaliveatmydeathinthesameproportionandinthesamemannerasprovidedforinparagraph
3(d)(i,ii,vtovi)ofthismyWillandtheprovisionsofparagraph4ofthismyWillshallapplymutatismutandis.
