Ref Your letter no B-5/ RTI / CO and others 235/RG / 2016 dated 20.10.2016.
Kindly refer to your letter cited above, details of all the 19 items as below. The complainant

has asked for status of the articles and case is related to Public Grievances. RTI cannot
be confused with instrument of grievance redress. RTI request is nothing but grievance
related to service provided by Postal Department and does not come under RTI Act
provisions as per decision in Appeal No 1827/ICPB/2008 F No PBA/07/581 date
16.04.2014.
1. Items sent on 21.03.2016 sr no 1 to 5, all the 5 items replied received as item lost
by UK postal department. Compensation already process (Copies attached)
2. Items sent on 28.07.2016 sr no 6 to 12, all the 7 items already forwarded to
Langley under airmail dispatched no 176 on 29.07.2016. As all the 7 items
address given incomplete i.e. apartment name & no, street name, city name not
given. Hence CN 08 inquiry form cannot be processed
3. Items send on 28.9.2016 sr no 13 to 19, all the 7 items already forwarded to
Langley under airmail dispatched no 224 on 01.10.2016. As all the 7 items
address given incomplete i.e. apartment name & no, street name, city name not
given. Hence CN 08 inquiry form cannot be processed.
Sr no 6 to 19 not received any complaint from CCC or booking post office. As registered
items there is no electronic data sharing to any countries, there is no tracking or status
is available online.
