in Southeast Asia. Furthermore, the general development of the agrarian Indonesia the
majority came from the village. The number of villages in Indonesia reached 78 609
villages predominantly work as farmers (Central Bureau of Statistics, 2016). Thus, the
high contribution illustrates that Indonesia is one country that is quite dependent
economy is based on agriculture, both in the food supply as well as procurement jobs.
Therefore, the true potential of agriculture Indonesia is actually not the source of the
most contributive in poverty of Indonesia, but can be the sector with the most potential
to improve the welfare of Indonesian society.
Observing these conditions Writer think to start a business that can maximize
the potential of agriculture Indonesia, mainly agricultural village with Sosiopreneur
business model, namely social based business profit. This venture is named Aurico
(Agri-Tourism Cooperative). This effort is a true utilization of Sharia Financial Service
Cooperative as Agri-tourism agency. The concept of Agri-tourism is one of the efforts
to create the potential for the agricultural sector not only as a base food producer, but
also as a provider of environment-based tourism vehicle. Like the co-operatives in
general, these efforts will nurture members, who are farmers. One of the main products
that will be created named Aurica (Agri-Tourism Card). This card is a form of financial
services that try to create mutual benefit of the agricultural sector. This product is a
book that tries to collect the savings income of farmers not only from the sale of the
crop, but also revenues from travel services provider farm.

In making use of this product, the revenue derived from the profit-sharing
system applied to the Islamic business. The system is considered a fair system and does
not burden farmers, for whatever obtained by farmers from the sale of crops and income
from agri-tourism service providers, a number that will be shared with Aurico
accordance with the portion to be mutually agreed at the beginning. Aurico will
promote agri-tours provided by the member farmers through mass media and website
owned. Thus, the true business model developed by Aurico is one concept of enterprise
development by empowering people. Thus, the business will build a business based on
profit and social.
