Ringkasan tugas :

1. Oversees the operations and administration of the Human


Resource department in RHSM and HSM
2. Participates in strategic planning and budgeting activities,
recommending human resources programs that meet RHSMs
needs and support HSMs goals
3. Manages the recruitment process to ensure adequate staffing
levels. Assists HSM with the recruitment, interviewing, and
selection processes. Plans and conducts new hire orientations.
4. Conducts exit interviews as part of legal terminators
5. Monitors and coordinates all labor and/or associate related
claims, litigation, and counseling.

Tanggungjawab lain :

1. Represents RHSM in legal proceedings. Works with appropriate


legal counsel. Conducts investigations as needed
2. Provides consultation to HSM as needed. Counsels GM of HSM
issues and problems. Resolve issues and problems.
3. Oversees the RHSM of benefit plans, and workers compensation
claims
4. Develops and implements training and development programs
for RHSMs and HSMs personnel and to ensure optimal
company-wide performance
5. Develops, implements, monitors, interprets, and reports results
on all human resources related programs. Recommends
appropriate actions to be taken to ensure optimal company-wide
performance
6. Conducts salary surveys and stays abreast of market trends
within defined labor markets to ensure competitive wages and
salaries
7. Works with CEO, GM and Finance Manager of RHSM and GM of
HSM to prepare the annual human resources budget and annual
HR plan
8. Keeping abreast in employment, employee relations, benefits,
wage and salary, employee training, accident prevention, and
government regulations and policies
9. Effectively communicate and promote employee benefit
program
10. Conduct needs analysis, implement, and monitor training
program, programs and materials
11. Quantitatively evaluate goals and objectives of HR department
12. Successfully defend against unemployment claims, Workers
Compensation claims, etc.
13. Conduct wage and salary surveys
14. Provides employee of RHSM and HSM counseling as necessary
15. Plans and coordinates RHSM and HSMs employee functions,
suggestion program, etc.
16. May develop new policies and procedures
