Disposition Goal Mandy Dedekind
SMART Goal: To improve my instruction when teaching in the way of being clear, concise,
confident, and in an articulate manner so that children know what to do and can achieve the
success criteria,
Rationale: I felt like I could improve in my delivery of lessons with being concise and clear
with my teaching. Megan observed a lesson and came to the same conclusion. Learning is more
effective when instructions and purpose are clear to the students. I also felt that my
assertiveness needed work, and by aiming to improve my delivery of instructions I would also
improve my assertiveness.
