Supporting Evidence: Please detail any mini pupilages:During LL.B 3rd year of Chittagong University, I visited Judge Court of Chittagong and
during 3rd year of my study I visited the High Court Division of Bangladesh and Perceived the
proceeding and I become more interested in practicing law. I got 6 months long opportunity to
work in renowed chambers with Barrister Abdullah Al Mamun as his pupil, it was really
exciting to get such chance to observe the work of him and his junior barristers and advocates. I
learned about how they deal with the clients and their individual cases, how the paper works are
prepared and how the relevant case and commentaries research are done. As a novice I usually
did the tying and researching works. However I would always notice all the activities of my
senior and study all the prepared case files and paper works. I always tried to bring the best out
of my limited time. My senior was always friendly to answer and helped me in difficult
problems. I learnt how to prepare buddle, client interview, writing statement, objection, drafting
etc.my senior is an expert in family law.so I have the chance to see many martial disputes and
their outcomes. Beings a family lawyer is more like a counselor. He would listen to the
complaints of the husbands or wives about their spouse console them or advise them to talk out
of or go to settlement by negotiating with the other party lawyer. While working in my senior
chamber I realized the importance of computing skill and use of English language. In assisting
my senior I had to do a lot of work such as taking law dictionary, preparing deeds and
agreements, petition, according to his directions, finding various cases from the DLR, BLP, PLD
in doing this my practice to searching case from ALLER, west law, Lexes Nexus during my
British LL.B 1st and 2nd years cause helped me much.
Moreover, I would often go to the Judge Court and District Courts of Bangladesh at Dhaka with
my senior to provided relevant information at the trial of the cases this gave me the chance to get
an insight what a barrister actually does here especially how they represent a case before the
court, how a trial, is conduct, how to make a submission, how evidence are submitted, how to
cross examine, chief examine, the witness, and how the legal principles are used in practice. I
believe that lawyers are social engineers and they can contribute to the society and to country as
a whole thorough their intellectual efforts.

Please explain why you want to train as a Barrister:I wanted to be a barrister for some pragmatic and practical reasons. I consider the legal
profession a dignified profession. It seems best corporate practioners are barrister. It requires the
perfect blend of performance and intellectual rigor. It requires specialist knowledge and a
creative mind to wield of one's own advantage. The professor is ones merit where the
practitioners succor depends entirely on one's merit and not on promotion or salary, this is why if
appeals me most.
Moreover, this profession will enrich my faculty of reasoning and understanding ability. I
also believe that it is a profession where people enjoy enormously in dealing with public affairs. I
want to be a proactive leader in the field of social reformation movement. In my country lawyers
especially barristers enjoy great respect in the society. This prestigious degree will bring me good
money as well. Bangladesh is a common wealth country and thus shaved many aspect of the UK
legal system in Bangladesh the barristers enjoy high dignity and are contributing a lot to the
development of our country by taking part in the government.
Studying law in itself is challenging for me. It is because of my dedication and true
commitments to words the study of law which have lifted me from LL.B (Hon's) , L.L.M of
Chittagong University to British law 1st year to my final year with relatively good marks. Along
with family everyone else in the area where I live have a great expectation from me that I would
be able to take up such Challenges and will bring them the title of a Barrister at law they know
that I am a sort of person who would strive to do all for his work. Such an attainment of title will
not only make them proud but also escalate my self-esteem.

Describe a time when you have been particularly under presure and how
you organized your work?
I like working under preserve because it teaches me how to budget time and manage work and
schedule. After joining University, I have had work under pressure several times. When I conduct
class, make routine and examine script that time I have had work under pressure like I have been
conducting class and examining script simultaneously. Because both work I have to main time
and schedule. Conducting class of delivering lecture, I have to take preparation that's time
consuming because I need to study diffident journals, books and online sources. Examine script
is a hug tough job because one script takes 30-40 minutes to check and each term examination, I
have to examine 400-500 exam scripts and must need to return within 7 days. That time I
experience huge pressure. I am able to examine script and conduct class though I have tight
schedule. That time I make a routine and budget my time to organize the work and become more
punctual to complete my work. Indeed, I really enjoy under pressure because it teaches me how
to become dynamic, skill, commanding over my work and duty as well as it gives me inspiration
to go ahead in tough situation.

My senior is a dynamic lawyer and politician passionate to help people who suffered
injustice in human rights sector. He has motivated me to connections with many human rights
organization and assisted them in fighting cases on behalf of poor or weak people who have not
get justice for some reason. I perceive law as a profession hath challenging and exacting exciting
too
