Lord instructs us through veda to us as " your mind get pulled inward
towards "hridayadesha", when your mind gets situated in hridpatma you
will get eligible for yajna i.e.pancha maha yajna " Brahma yajna contempletaion &
meditation, Deva or Rishi yajna doing sandhya, yajana, studying veda,Pirtu yajna, Atithi
yajna, Baliwaishwa deva feeding all the creatures around us(we have discussed all
earlier)By yajna karma. Only by controled mind only you will be able to do all the sat
karma.
By such karmas DaiviShakti with in you will get boosted. By controling mind your prANa
shakti will increase as in pancha kosha manomaya kOsha is soo crucial/important
By increasing prANa shakti you will get energised always & will be +ve always. Finaly
you will see Surya with in for which you are born in this world.
Surya is the symbol of Atmajnana in Vedic litreture
So controling of mind can lead you till Atmajnana for which we have to follow some rules
& regulations in life.
Have to keep away ourselves from all the dur-vishayas which will increase negativity in
us. Thats why Bhagavad geeta says Chapter 2 62-63 slokas

TRANSLATION
From anger, delusion arises, and from delusion bewilderment of memory. When memory
is bewildered, intelligence is lost, and when intelligence/ viveka is lost, one falls down
again into the material pool. Viveka is most important in Spiritual Life to discriminate
Good & Evil .

It is the Funny Part of Lords creation that he made all the indriyas outwards & he sat
with in you who is the pleasure of all pleasures, True Ananda. Out Indriyas are
wandering being pleasure in this world. Veda never says not to enjoy this world but how
should be your state of Mind while enjoying . Yajur Veda 40th Mandala says
Om Isavasyamidam sarvam yatkica jagatyam jagat |
tena tyaktena bhujitha ma grdhah kasyasvid dhanam 1
idam sarvam = all this (this entire universe); Isavasyam = Isasya avasyam = Isasya
avasayogyam = pervaded by Isa,; yat kicha = also whatsoever, and whatever there
may be; jagatyam = prakrtyam = in the primordial nature; jagat = the world; tena = by
Him;tyaktena = dattena vittena = wealth granted, allotted, given; bhujitha = bhogam
kuryah = do experience, enjoy; ma grdhah = ma kanksethah = do not crave for, do not
seek; kasyasvid = any one else's;dhanam = wealth.
This entire universe is pervaded by the Lord , For this reason, enjoy whatever is given to
you by Him but with out greed & tyAga budhi. For eg a Bank Manager is appointed by
the Bank for managing that particular branch. He should work with most sincerity & deal
all the transactions or with single paise as like his own. But it never means its all his
own, Bank Management has assigned him that Job, till next instruction he can enjoy all
the things in the Branch as permitted by Bank in his jurisdiction. When Bank instructs
him to leave to next branch or to another post he will be in a state of mind to leave it as
it current branch never belongs to him. But he enjoyed all the things , he had good
relationship with staff, customers etc.

The self-existent Brahman created the senses withoutgoing tendencies; therefore man
beholds the external universe and not the internal Self Atman. But, some Dheera or

Immortality, sees
