HOW TO FIX SAP FTP SUB COMMAND ERROR

1) Allow the Application SAPftp.exe through windows firewall

1.1) Go to control panel and Open windows firewall and click Allow an app or feature
through Windows Firewall.

2) Allow the application SAPftp.exe through Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 for

windows (Version 10.2.4.674)
2.1) Open Anti-virus protection menu and go to Scan exclusions and trusted
applications and click Settings.

2.3)Go to Trusted Applications and add Browse.

2.4)Browse and select SAPftp.exe from C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP\FrontEnd\SAPgui

folder.

2.5) in the scan exclusions for applications window select Allow interaction with
application interface and Do not scan network traffic as shown below.

2.6) Click OK and Save.
