An inquiry into the ways in which we discover and express culture, beliefs and values; the ways in
which we reflect on, extend and enjoy our creativity; our appreciation of aesthetics.
Language
The children will explore traditional stories from
around the world to enhance their understanding of
how cultures are expressed through literature and
drama.
The writing focus is narrative retell. The children will
learn to plan, illustrate and share their work. They

enjoy writing and value their own
