MATERIAL USED

Primary winding and Secondary winding

-The primary and secondary windings consist of aluminum or copper
conductors wound in coils around an iron core and the number of turns in each coil
will determine the voltage transformation of the transformer. Each turn of wire in
the primary winding has an equal share of the primary voltage . The same is
induced in each turn of the secondary. Therefore, any difference in the number of
turns in the secondary as compared to the primary will produce a voltage change.
Former or Bobbin
-In the case of an electrical transformer, inductor or relay, the bobbin is a
permanent container for the wire, acting to form the shape of the coil (and ease
assembly of the windings into or onto the magnetic core). The bobbin may be made
of thermoplastic or thermosetting (for example, phenolic) materials. This plastic
often has to have a TUV, UL or other regulatory agency flammability rating for
safety reasons.
Clamp
- These parts are manufacturing using the optimum quality raw material and
advanced technology made of high quality forged carbon steel.
Insulation paper
- Electrical insulation papers are paper types that are used as electrical
insulation in many applications due to pure cellulose having outstanding electrical
properties. Cellulose is a good isolator and is also polar, having a dielectric constant
significantly greater than one.
Lamination
- Laminated magnetic cores are made of stacks of thin iron sheets coated
with an insulating layer, lying as much as possible parallel with the lines of flux. The
layers of insulation serve as a barrier to eddy currents, so eddy currents can only
flow in narrow loops within the thickness of each single lamination. Since the
current in an eddy current loop is proportional to the area of the loop, this prevents
most of the current from flowing, reducing eddy currents to a very small level. Since
power dissipated is proportional to the square of the current, breaking a large core
into narrow laminations reduces the power losses drastically. From this, it can be
seen that the thinner the laminations, the lower the eddy current losses.
Tapping
-

PURPOSE
Primary winding and Secondary winding
- When an input voltage is applied to the primary winding, alternating current
starts to flow in the primary winding. As the current flows, a changing magnetic field
is set up in the transformer core. As this magnetic field cuts across the secondary
winding, alternating voltage is produced in the secondary winding.
Insulation paper
- Electrical insulation papers are paper types that are used as electrical
insulation in many applications due to pure cellulose having outstanding electrical
properties. Cellulose is a good isolator and is also polar, having a dielectric constant
significantly greater than one.
Tapping
- A tap is a connection point along a transformer winding that allows a certain
number of turns to be selected. This means, a transformer with a variable turns
ratio is produced, enabling voltage regulation of the output. The tap selection is
made with a tap changer mechanism.
Lamination
- Transformer core laminations are usually stacked alternately to each other
to produce an overlapping joint with more lamination pairs being added to make up
the correct core thickness. This alternate stacking of the laminations also gives the
transformer the advantage of reduced flux leakage and iron losses. E-I core
laminated transformer construction is mostly used in isolation transformers, step-up
and step-down transformers as well as auto transformers.
Bobbin
- In the case of a transformer, the bobbin is a permanent container for the
wire, acting to form the shape of the coil (and ease assembly of the windings into or
onto the magnetic core). Coil bobbin comprises a core housing portion which has a
magnet wire wound there around, and which undergoes a varnish impregnation
treatment together with a magnetic core consisting of two core sections, like a
bobbin EE type. Core spacing mechanisms are formed on the inner surfaces of the
core housing portion, and control a position of the magnetic core inserted in the
core housing portion such that the magnetic core is kept apart from the inner
surfaces of the core housing portion.
Clamp
- Fabricated for high quality raw materials, these products are designed to
match the expectation of the clients. These clamps are used for clamping or holding
several objects together to prevent the separation from any kind of pressure applied
on them. We are offering varied sizes and designs of "U" Clamp that find broad
application in clamping variegated objects together.
