PROCUREMENT ORGANIZATION
Head of the Procuring Entity (HOPE)
The Agency Head the Governor of the Province
Duties and Responsibilities
Creates the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC)
and designates members and Alternative Members,
if any
Approves the Annual Procurement Plan and the
Procurement Monitoring Report (PMR); ensures
their regular preparation

Promptly acts on BAC recommendations for:

Approval of contract;

Failure of Bidding and adoption of alternative

Imposes administrative sanctions on errant
