Review CMSP Audit and


Policies at:

Work with your Cisco
account team to
determine if CMSP
program fits into your
business model.

Submit application online


using CSApp tool:
www.cisco.com/go/csapp.
Receive response within
five days from Cisco
CMSP Program Manager.
Schedule an audit when
contacted by the auditor.

3. Audit

4. Approval

Onsite audit occurs within


24 hours, the auditor
provides a summary,
including any necessary
action items. Within five
days, auditor submits a
full report to the CMSP
Program Manager
