II. CRITICISM AND SUGGESTIONS
Obstacles :
- Preparation time show very little since the election of a new chief executive in July during a
quiet week for the recruitment committee UAS so that others
-UAS is plagued with schedules and public holidays long term, can only be held open
recruitment at the beginning of July.
- Due to the lack of a long preparation time, making it difficult to get sponsorship. The new
sponsorship obtained close to the H.
- Since the event was held at the end of the year, so a lot of the committee that has been busy
with other proker or busy with thesis and kknpnya.
Solution:
- Should the chairman of the selection is done early so that recruitment to the committee could be
implemented quickly and fairly long time persiapaanya.
- When a committee has been formed immediately make the prospectus and seek sponsorship to
make it easier to get sponsorship.
- When carrying out recruitment committee, the committee further emphasized the commitment

to balance between the bustle inside and outside the committee BAF.
Suggestions for the subsequent implementation:
- Perform the chairman of the election ahead of time so that the committee can better prepare
konsepan and technical events with mature
- Publication and open recruitment is done ahead of time to avoid obstacles such as this year
- Search sponsorship also carried away the day after the committee was formed and when the
proposals and prospectus have not been so, do find and do approach the contact person of the
company then explained about the draft program to be implemented so that the company has an
idea of the event BAF, and faster provide certainty to be a sponsorship or not.
