Senior Leadership Program

Bad teams, no one leads. Average teams, coaches lead. But elite
teams, players lead. -PJ Fleck

Seniors will have a highlighted and desirable status in the program. They
will be developed leaders, recognized, and have a senior status. The seniors in the
program need a chance to lead and take control of their team. Providing them
with opportunities year-round to lead and learn will provide a foundation of
discipline, responsibility, accountability, and winning culture.
