The outcomes of the said Cl Project are the Process Flow of On-line Deposit of Application] Inspection Fee of Private Schools (Enclosure No. 1), revised Processing Sheets (Enclosure No. 2 & 3), Template for the Joint Ocular Inspection Report (Enclosure No. 4) and Agreement Form (Enclosure No.5). The guidelines set forth by this Office in Regional Memorandum dated June 23, 2015 will still prevail except for required documents as detailed in Enclosure No. 2 & 3.
