Learning Outcome : By the end of this lesson students will be able to recognize the wards sad and happy.
Flash cards that has the words of the colors( red, blue,
green, yellow, white and black)
Flash cards of the pictures and words ( sad, happy,
excited and scared)

A small paper on the straw that has happy face on the
front and sad face on the back. (one for each student)

6 work sheet that have different number of happy and
sad face. And a small empty rectangle in the bottom.
Opening (warmer activity + teacher introduction/demonstration of small group activities)
The teacher will point on the word ( blue) and ask them what is this word. And repeat that for all the colors.
The teacher will ask one student to go to the whiteboard and match the colors with the right word.
The teacher will introduce the vocabulary words using flash cards.
After that she will tell the student the word and the have to point to the right picture using their finger.
The teacher will describe the picture of the book (At school). During that she will ask them some questions
How many ..can you see?
What is the color of the .?
Guess what happened for and why he is ?
The students will have happy and sad face so when the teacher says (He is happy) the students will show the
teacher a picture of happy face and act that they are happy by their face.
In pars, each student will have a worksheet that has different number of happy and sad face.
Student A will say (I have 3 happy faces and 1 sad face) then student B will brow in her worksheet 3 happy
faces and 1 sad face.
After that, student B will say (I have 2 happy faces and 2 sad faces). Student A will draw 2 happy and 2 sad
faces in her worksheet.

After closing part, I will give 3 student a paper that has different number of happy and sad face and ask then to stand in
the front of the class to say what they have in the paper one after the other.

Reflection WWW/EBI
I had activities that make all student invalid and I used some strategies to get student attention.
It will be beater if I made the time of the story shorter and make the last activity more long because they did not had the
time to finish their work
The last activity was very difficult for them because this is the first time that they do a specking and listing activity.
Next Steps in learning and teaching
To give the students more listing and specking activity to improve their language.
