Das Ranking basiert auf der in Hennig-Thurau, Th./Walsh, G../Schrader, U. (2003): VHB- JOURQUAL: Ein Ranking von betriebswirtschaftlich-relevanten Zeitschriften auf der
Grundlage von Expertenurteilen, in: Zeitschrift fr betriebswirtschaftliche Forschung, 56. Jg., H. 9, S. 520-545, geschilderten Methodik; die Bewertungen beziehen sich auf
den Zeitraum zwischen 2003 und 2007. Zeitschriften mit weniger als zehn Bewertungen wurden nicht bercksichtigt. Zeitschriften aus Nachbardisziplinen werden als
BWL-relevant im Ranking ausgewiesen, wenn dort mindestens fnf VHB-Mitglieder Beitrge eingereicht haben.
