STORAGE TANK CAP.6000 M for Royal Commission, Jubail

Subsequent to the award of the Contract by the client, receives

following job documents from Planning department and
responsible for carrying out all subsequent activities necessary
for job execution within budget, according to drawings &
delivery schedule.

Receives following documents from welding engineer,

I.

Weld matrix (WM),

II.

Welding procedure specifications (WPS),

III.

Qualification of welding procedure specification,

IV.

Welding consumables estimation.

Forward the estimated consumables and tooling to Store for

arrangement.

Responsible for subcontracting of such jobs which are beyond

the scope of Production or un-economical to fabricate at shop
or any associated works.

Co-ordination with all departments for resource arrangements.

Close liaison with Production, Store, Quality Control and Project

Management for smooth execution of Project in line with the
Client requirement.

Co-ordinate with QC department for all inspections, Hold-ups.

Monitor progress for project on weekly basis.
Hand over the final move order for completed job to Project
leader for onward shipment to Customer.
