CONTRATO DE TRABAJO

PRIMERA.- DURACIN DEL CONTRATO

El presente contrato tiene una vigencia de TREINTA DIAS, siendo aplicable nicamente a
los viajes que ROSA MARCELINA ANDAGUA CHAVEZ DE OSORIO, de nacionalidad
Peruana, identificada con DNI N 06543914 y PASAPORTE N 5695367, con domicilio en
jirn Simn Bolvar 333, Urbanizacin Chacra Cerro, realice con el SR. REX W. CANON,
identificado con Carnet de Extranjera N 000103996, y la seora CLAUDIA MORELLI
COPLO, identificada con DNI 09335371, ambos con domicilio en Choquehuanca 1080, San
Isidro, a la ciudad de Dallas , Texas en Estados Unidos de Norteamrica, por motivos de
vacaciones.
Ambas personas se comprometen a cumplir con las leyes de los Estados Unidos y los
siguientes mandatos y condiciones de empleo.
SEGUNDA.- REMUNERACIN Y PRESTACIONES
1. REMUNERACIN
ROSA MARCELINA ANDAGUA CHAVEZ DE OSORIO recibir el salario mnimo que
pertenece al Estado de Dallas, ciudad de Texas, el cual, actualmente, asciende a US $
7.25 por hora. Todos los impuestos federales, estatales y locales que aplican al salario
de ROSA MARCELINA ANDAGUA CHAVEZ DE OSORIO sern deducidos de su salario.
REX W. CANON pagar todos los impuestos federales, estatales y locales que aplican
al salario de ROSA MARCELINA ANDAGUA CHAVEZ DE OSORIO y que son
responsabilidad de los patrones. REX W. CANON se compromete a pagar a ROSA
MARCELINA ANDAGUA CHAVEZ DE OSORIO su salario durante los das estipulados
mediante cheque o depsito en cuenta de ahorros.
2. PRESTACIONES
ROSA MARCELINA ANDAGUA CHAVEZ DE OSORIO, recibir las siguientes
prestaciones:
a. Pago de salario equivalente al 50% adicional a su horario regular por cada hora que
trabaja sobre 40 horas en una semana o fraccin de la misma, es decir, US$ 13.50
por cada hora extra.
b. Pago de sus gastos mdicos.
c. Los seguros.
d. Los viticos.
e. El alojamiento y los alimentos.
f. Diez (10) das de incapacidad.
3.

HORARIO DE TRABAJO
El horario de trabajo normal que tendr ROSA MARCELINA ANDAGUA CHAVEZ DE
OSORIO ser de 8.00 am a 17.00 horas de lunes a viernes con un descanso de
almuerzo de una (1) hora.

4. DESCRIPCIN DE LAS FUNCIONES

Durante el trabajo, ROSA MARCELINA ANDAGUA CHAVEZ DE OSORIO ser

responsable de las siguientes funciones:
Apoyar en el cuidado y asistencia personal del nio MATTHIAS REX CANON
MORELLI.
TERCERA.- UN SOLO PATRON
ROSA MARCELINA ANDAGUA CHAVEZ DE OSORIO solamente podr trabajar para REX
W. CANON en los Estados Unidos de Norteamrica.
CUARTA.- TRANSPORTE, CUARTO Y COMIDA
REX W. CANON le proporcionar a ROSA MARCELINA ANDAGUA CHAVEZ DE OSORIO,
alojamiento, alimentos y traslados ida y vuelta en avin. Estos costos no se deben deducir
del salario o sueldo de ROSA MARCELINA ANDAGUA CHAVEZ DE OSORIO.
QUINTA.- PROPIEDAD PERSONAL
REX W. CANON no retendr el pasaporte, contrato de empleo, o cualquier otra propiedad
personal de ROSA MARCELINA ANDAGUA CHAVEZ DE OSORIO.
SEXTA.- COMPRENSIN
ROSA MARCELINA ANDAGUA CHAVEZ DE OSORIO, entiende el presente contrato y
podr contestar preguntas sencillas sobre las condiciones de empleo, adems se
compromete a retornar a su pas al final del viaje.

WORK CONTRACT OF A NANNY WORKER

FIRST.- LENGTH OF THE CONTRACT

The present contract has a validity of one THIRTY DAYS, and is being applicable only, for the
trips that ROSA MARCELINA ANDAGUA CHAVEZ DE OSORIO of Peruvian nationality,
identified con DNI N 06543914, Passport N 5695367, and domiciled in jirn Simn Bolvar
333, Urbanizacin Chacra Cerro, may travel with Mr. REX W. CANON identified with Alien
registration card N 000103996 and Mrs. CLAUDIA MORELLI COPLO identified with DNI
09335371, both domiciled in Choquehuanca 1080, San Isidro, to the city of Dallas, Texas,
United States of America, for reasons of vacations.
Both persons are compromised to fulfill the laws of the United States, and to keep the
mandates and conditions of employment.
SECOND.- REMUNERATION AND EMPLOYMENT BENEFITS
1.

REMUNERATION
ROSA MARCELINA ANDAGUA CHAVEZ DE OSORIO will receive a minimum salary that
belongs to the State of Dallas, city of Texas, which actually is of US $ 7.25 per hour. All
federal, state and local taxes that are applied to the salary of ROSA MARCELINA
ANDAGUA CHAVEZ DE OSORIO will be deducted from her salary. REX W. CANON will
pay all federal, state and local taxes that are applied to the salary of ROSA MARCELINA
ANDAGUA CHAVEZ DE OSORIO, and it is a responsibility of the employer. REX W.
CANON is compromised to pay to ROSA MARCELINA ANDAGUA CHAVEZ DE OSORIO
her salary every day, by means of a check or a deposit in a savings account.

EMPLOYMENT BENEFITS
ROSA MARCELINA ANDAGUA CHAVEZ DE OSORIO will receive the following benefits:
a. Salary payment equivalent to the 50% additional of her regular Schedule, for each
extra hour that she works, over the regular 40 hours in one week or fraction, it is to
say US$ 13.50 for each extra hour.
b. Payment of her medical expenses.
c. The insurances.
d. The fixed sum allowed of expenses per day.
e. The accommodation and food.
f. Ten (10) days of disability.

SCHEDULE OF WORKING HOURS

The normal schedule of working hours that ROSA MARCELINA ANDAGUA CHAVEZ DE
OSORIO is going to have, will be from 8.00 am to 17.00 hours, from Monday to Friday, with
a break time for lunch of a (1) hour.

5.

DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTIONS

During the work, ROSA MARCELINA ANDAGUA CHAVEZ DE OSORIO will be

responsible of the following functions:

To support with the care of MATTHIAS REX CANON MORELLI.

THIRD.- ONLY ONE EMPLOYER

ROSA MARCELINA ANDAGUA CHAVEZ DE OSORIO will work only, for REX W. CANON in
the United States of America.
FOURTH.- TRANSPORT, ROOM AND FOOD
REX W. CANON will provide to ROSA MARCELINA ANDAGUA CHAVEZ DE OSORIO,
accommodation, food and the moving of the return airplane tickets. These costs will not be
deducted from the salary of ROSA MARCELINA ANDAGUA CHAVEZ DE OSORIO.
FIFTH.- PERSONAL PROPERTY
REX W. CANON will not retain her passport, the work contract, or any other personal
property of ROSA MARCELINA ANDAGUA CHAVEZ DE OSORIO.
SIXTH.- UNDERSTANDING
ROSA MARCELINA ANDAGUA CHAVEZ DE OSORIO understands the present contract,
and she can be able to answer simple questions about the employment, and also she is
obligated to return back to her country after the trip.
