For me, RangPunch is more of an opportunity

- to groom my personality and bring the best out of me.

- I always wanted to be a part of drama club but didnt have one in my undergrad
studies

1) I had played the role of Rabindranath Tagore in full costume on stage in front of
3500 students of my school on his birth anniversary.
2) As part of ten member team, I have performed in Radio drama which was purely
acoustic performance, broadcast on radio all over Ranchi city.

Drama in itself communicates its purpose. If given a chance to be a part of

RangPunch I would like to initiate plays regarding social issues and social
awareness.

I associate myself with the title role of Anand(1971).In that film he says few
dialogues which became very famous Babumushoi, zindagi badi honi
chahiye ... lambi nahin and Babumushoi, zindagi aur maut upar waale ke
haath hai ... usse na toh aap badal sakte hai na main ... hum sab to
rangmanch ki kathputliyan hai jinki dor upar waale ki ungliyon mein bandhi
hai. His character inspired me the most and I can relate my life very closely
with the character as I personally feel that we should see the positive sides
of life and try to do all those things which you wished for. Also we need to
remember that time to time we need to contribute to the society as well just
like Anand who always tried to make everyone happy around him in spite of being a
cancer patient.
