Terms & Conditions


The goods for sale are portrayed as accurately as possible with images, descriptions and measurements. However, each piece is individually
handmade and therefore unique, so the grain or colour of the wood may vary from the illustrations. The items photographed are not all to the
same scale, but approximate maximum dimensions are given for each piece.

Please be aware that all items that contain drawers, i.e. Jewellery boxes, must be kept away from all heat sources, as this may affect the fit of the
draws over a period of time. I will not be held responsible for their condition once they are in your care.

All goods remain the property of Gianni Deidda until full and final payment has been received.

All goods on this site are priced in UK Pounds. All prices are subject to change but you will be notified prior to despatch if this is the case.

Prices do not include post & packing. Please add the appropriate postage fee.

Shipping Charges.

Postage Costs within UK:-

2.99 for orders up to 20.00

3.99 for orders up to 40.00

4.99 for orders up to 70.00

6.99 for orders up to 200.00

An additional flat rate charge of 8.00 will apply to selected countries in Europe. For orders despatched to other countries outside Europe, the
additional charge will be 13.00.

On international orders, import duties and taxes (where applicable) are to be paid by the purchaser.

Dispatch times for items in stock is usually between 3 - 4 days unless otherwise agreed at the time of ordering or if I am on holiday. Please e-mail
to check if you want to make sure. Out of stock pieces may take 2 3 weeks before dispatch. The delivery times are dependent on Royal Mail 1st
class or international services. If delivery is delayed by acts of god, strikes or other circumstances beyond my control, the purchaser should
expect a reasonable extension to these times.

Please ensure you have given the correct delivery address including the Post Code.

I will take great care that all items are sent in good condition but if goods arrive damaged in any way, they must be reported within 7 days from
receipt.

Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

Should any item fail to give satisfaction, please return it unused in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt for UK orders or 28 days for
overseas. The item will be exchanged or refunded, less postage charges, provided it is received in the same condition as when it was dispatched.

Shop Policies
The cost of the return is your responsibility & you will not be reimbursed. Please package the item securely and adequately. Be careful when
packaging the item as you will be held responsible for any damage incurred in transit. I reserve the right to refuse any return that is not received in
the condition that it was sent, unless I have been notified within 7 days that the goods were damaged when you received them. It is
recommended that you use a postal service which insures you for the value of the goods that are being returned. It is your duty to ensure that all
items are returned unmarked & undamaged. I reserve the right to refuse to refund any item that has been marked, damaged or broken in any
way.

Cancellation policy for bespoke commissioned items:

A non returnable deposit of 20% of the estimated final cost is required to confirm the order and a cancellation charge of up to 50% may be
payable depending on the stage of manufacture at the time of cancellation. This will be considered on a case by case basis at my own discretion.
Commissioned items with a value less than 100 require full payment in advance before work can commence.

This web site respects your privacy & complies with the Data Protection Act. Your details will not be given to any 3rd party.

These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
