COMPETNCIA (PROFISSIONAL):
CONCEITOS
Conhecimento: informaes que, ao serem reconhecidas e
integradas pelo profissional em sua memria, causam impacto
sobre seu julgamento ou comportamento. Refere-se ao saber que
a pessoa acumulou ao longo da vivncia educacional, social ou
profissional. Algo relacionado lembrana de conceitos, ideias ou
fenmenos.
Habilidade: aplicao produtiva do conhecimento, ou seja, a
capacidade do profissional de mobilizar conhecimento,
armazenado em sua memria e utiliz-lo em uma ao (fazer).
Podem ser classificadas como: intelectuais, quando abrangem
essencialmente processos mentais de organizao e
reorganizao de informaes; ou motoras ou manipulativas,
quando exigirem fundamentalmente uma coordenao
neuromuscular.
Atitude: aspectos sociais e afetivos relacionados ao trabalho. Diz
respeito a um sentimento ou predisposio da pessoa, que
determina a sua conduta (ser) em relao aos outros, ao trabalho
ou a situaes.

CONCEITOS
Desenvolvimento e mobilizao de conhecimentos, habilidades,
atitudes nas dimenses:
educacional, tcnica, econmica, social, poltica, tica,
cultural e ambiental, considerando-se relaes pessoais e
interpessoais.
Expressa-se, fundamentalmente, na capacidade de responder
satisfatoriamente s exigncias de uma ocupao, com a
mobilizao de recursos e a participao consciente, crtica e
ativa no mundo do trabalho e na esfera social.
