There are no significant pairwise differences among the means.

Rendahnya kemampuan nematoda dalam menginfeksi akar tanaman tomat disebabkan oleh
aplikasi bahan organik yang menghambat pergerakan nematoda menuju akar dan rendahnya
eksudat akar yang dikeluarkan akar tanaman tomat yang akan merangsang pergerakan
nematoda. Pemberian bahan organik ke dalam tanah selain akan menyebabkan terganggunya
pergerakan nematoda ke arah akar tanaman juga terjadinya perubahan sitokimia yang tidak
mendukung bagi perkembangan nematoda (Natasasmita dan Sunarto, 2006).
