Task Description:
You should reflect on the skills, techniques, strategies and movement concepts that you
have tried during the unit.
1. In the first column you should reflect on your performance in volleyball. Are you happy
or not happy with your performance? Circle the face that matches your feelings.
2. In the second column say why you were happy or not happy with your performance.
3. In the third column select one skill or strategy from volleyball you would like to work
on using the SMART goal process.
This reflection sheet will be used throughout the unit so that you can look back on your
skills and see whether you have reached your goals.

1. What are the relationships between movement and patterns? my pattern is moving
fast and doing good skills and team work.

2. Why is question ONE so important to this unit? Give one example from this unit to
assist your answer.
Question one is important because its asking what kind of skills do you have and
patterns.
3. Which skills and concepts can be used between the different activities in the unit?
Give a brief explanation how you came to this conclusion. In volleyball you have to do 4
skills if you do not know the skills you will not play good.

1. One sentence about what they thought you did the best and why (remember
the key and related concepts).
I think he did very good on his serve because he earned a lot of points
2. What they think you could improve on and why.
I think he can improve on his aim when he hits the ball because sometimes he
hits it too hard and it goes flying out of the court
