Broward Republican Party Rapidly Becoming An Unstoppable Force:
Party Leaders to Select Real Leadership to Lead the Party Forward
(Pompano Beach, FL) The current members of the Broward Republican Executive Committee
(BREC) Executive Board, minus the current secretary, are seeking re-election after one of the
most successful general elections in recent memory. Bob Sutton, Celeste Ellich, and Roger
Gingerich are all seeking re-election to continue their success. Their focus is the future and
growth of BREC, registering more Republicans in Broward County, and getting Republicans
elected. Taking Kristin Mathenys place for secretary is Daniel P. Diaz, a long time conservative
and party activist, and a former candidate for Pompano Beach City Commissioner.
During this election the current Executive Board was able to:

Raise over $60,000 for the first time in years

Send out over 63,000 precinct letters to registered Republicans
Print and distribute over 30,000 Voter Guides
Contribute $10,000 to Republican candidates
Help four local candidates win their elections
Make tens of thousands of phone calls for candidates
Open a BREC Victory Office

Chairman Bob Sutton had the following to say, This past year has been a life changing event. I
am honored to have been part of the team that returned the White House to its intended owners,
the American citizens. I look forward to leading BREC with continued tangible results of
improvement the next two years as Chairman, and I thank the BREC members for giving me this
opportunity.
Current Vice-Chair Celeste Ellich said, We did a lot this election, and we plan on doing much
more under Bobs leadership for Republicans in Broward County.
I am proud that Bob, Celeste, and Roger asked me to join their slate. I look forward to making
BREC grow stronger than it was before with this amazing group of leaders, said Daniel P. Diaz,
candidate for BREC Secretary.
Lastly, Roger Gingerich the current Treasurer felt that, We were able to raise over $60,000 for
this past election, and continuing the momentum we will raise even more to get Republicans
elected in the midterm elections in 2018.
The election for BREC takes place on Monday December 5th at 7:00pm at the Edwin F Deicke
Auditorium in Plantation, 5701 Cypress Rd, Plantation, FL 33317. If you want to know more
