His story begins when a family member


Michoacn city unveiled its season to

and they decided to start a business and

a good progress and advertising; time later

When they took the break, they decided to reopen their restaurant but in a place
more advertising, as was "Central Station", also located in the city of Quertaro.
This time the business was of the son of the founders of this restaurant. They
decided to change location as it was removed for them; now in Bernardo
Quintana 4180 Quertaro. The business remains the same founders who now
handle only one of their children.
Likewise as they continue to maintain the restaurant, they also participate in major
events such as golf tournaments, parties and all kinds of events; count on orders if
you desire (442 487 9867).
It is very sounded in the city by the flavor of the food and the different services they
offer. Not an internationally renowned restaurant.

Analysis

How you started the business was very interesting. His plan was to play a
good service and make known what they handle.
When they started selling the product had to have a profit, which would help them
to start; and they were also obtained their first production of suckling pig.
To cook they had to know the recipe and try various flavors until they get the
indicated and correct one. After they were progressing and the profits obtained
could undertake their restaurant (a local). His first restaurant had several points
favor, as was the location of the, the publicity gave the product as it is family
business needed help, this means that the wage (so to speak) was the basics that
gave to continue keeping it.
When they were several casualties, they decided to close it; consumers fell and the
production too. As a business, they had everything necessary to continue with.
However fatigue, they had few casualties were not pros.
When they decided to reopen it, they took into account that people who already
had known would follow as consumers so that their product competition would not
be a disadvantage. This is a point of view on how we see it, that was not so
discontinuity and that the business could continue always performing and when
they knew how to handle it.
Now, seeing it from the point of the materials, you could say that the market
economy was good. The product itself had good reviews and entrepreneurs were
making as something commercial. Its price for a company may be putting them at
an acceptable price with which the two had profits.
Displaying an article in the "Universal" we saw a suckling pig cake can cost
between 14 and 16 pesos, if we sell a package demand would be against, because
a product package has more. We would have to investigate whether the favorable
price for both (a company that will sell and providers) was acceptable for a
consumer and so it can check whether the production is favorable or not. To check
this we have to see if demand for the product and the quantity supplied for us.
Different types of knowledge that can be analyzed in this project are necessary to
use intuition, have the feeling that the business would work and not give up. Doing
things because you really want and not compromise, all that has to do with the
energies of the business. Practice by making the product and the faith you have.

In conclusion you know that a business needs many things, the way as you see, if
as a way to stabilize financially or as a project more in your life. Check the types of

products that could serve you for the number of demand and consumers
are not so low. Knowledge and relationship that must be between the
object and the subject.
Also we use social sciences in the establishment like history to create or
make dishes that have been becoming perfect over the course of years
and Economy to manage the business and have a great success.
The restaurant is related to the social perspective of structuralism because each
employee have an important function in the restaurant. An employee is similar to a
piece of a machine, if one employee don't work as well, the restaurant don't work
as it needs and can have several problems. The restaurant work as a complete
machine, so everyone needs to complete their duties and the restaurant become
success.
