All of the materials used on the tness center will be green materials. They
are also re cerOed.
Maintenance
All products can be clean by using a sponge with water and soap. Manufactures
recommend to avoid using dusOng sprays and only use a soa bristle abachment
to avoid damaging materials.
Justification
Most of the materials selected for the desk and juice bar are
LEED. There will be a combination of drack and light colors. Retail
Space MW-2 and Juice Bar MW-4 are the codes that will be applied
on the floor plan.
Materials Maintenance
Material can be clean using a liquid non-abrasive
household cleaner. Avoid cleaners containing ammonia,
bleach, abrasives, or other hazardous/polluting compounds.
Always test in small inconspicuous area while using a new
cleaner to ensure compatibility.

Heavy and moderate traffic areas should be vacuumed daily. Vacuum light traffic areas regularly.
Spill removal

Carpet and carpet tiles should be professionally cleaned when soil is barely noticeable to
eliminate soil bonding and to restore color brightness and vacuuming efficiency.
Recommendations
1.
Justification
All of the flooring masteries selected for the health
fitness are LEED. There will be a combination of carpet,
vinyl, and hardwood floors. On heavy traffic areas we'll
use a darker color of flooring and on offices a lighter
color will be used. Retail Space PL-3, Juice Bar FL-2,
and Office CPT-1 are the codes that will be applied on
the floor plan.
Material maintenance
Just wipe with soapy water for daily upkeep. Surface
stains can be removed with a gentle cleansing scrub.
Avoid scouring pads and harsh chemicals that could
break down the bonds between the quartz and resins.

These products are more successful than others because they are high quality. Also, when you
buy these products you help the environment because they are LEED certified. They offer a variety of
options that I definitely considering to use them in a project. I also like the service that the company
offers to its clients. They are always available to help you and guide you throughout this process.

Tile may be installed over most structurally sound substrates, if they are clean, smooth, dry and free
of wax, soap scum and grease.

Products are fire rating. They are Class B, flame spread Index: 60 smoke. If needed, a Class A rating can
be achieved with a fire proof primer.

I believe these products are more successful than others Because they are 100% recyclable and
environmental. The products have a very high quality that can last a lifecycle. I also like the service that
the company offers to its clients. They are always available to help you and guide you throughout this
process. I definitely will recommend these products for your project.
