Q. Describe the functioning of your group.
A. Initially we decided to come prepared with the case from home, to discuss it
the next day. Then on the next day, the entire group sat in a circular
arrangement so that everyone can face everyone. There were also 2 observers
that we assigned to the group, who were observing that how we are discussing
the case. We started the discussion and went question by question and page by
page. Everyone participated in the discussion of the case and came up with
his/her points. There were arguments also regarding whether a point should be
considered in the answers or not which had arisen at many times, and we all
sorted them out by reaching a conclusion. Also, there were some people who
were taking initiatives in noting down all the points. So, if we talk about the
structure of performance of our group, there was a flat hierarchy.
