Step 1 - Preparation
1. Sim must be alive and NO SUBSCRIPTION TO ANY PLAN

Sim perlu aktif bukan dah terminate dan TIADA LANGGANN INTERNET

2. Credit must at least have RM3 and above

3. Please use dial-up

+ uncheck default gateway & route, steps will be explained on the

next slide

4. For modem only ; hotspot does not work

Step 2 - Create a Dialup Profile

U can google to create
one, it is better to create a
new one

Step 3 - Setting Up Modem

1) Right click at dial-up profile &

choose properties

2) In General tap, click Configure &

choose the highest value Maximum
speed(bps). Click ok.

3) Next, click on Networking. Tick Internet protocol version 4(tcp/ipv4), ignore the rest. Click on properties
then Advanced.. next UNTICK Use default gateway on remote network. This is the most important part,
make sure to follow exactly as the pic below.

4) Then, disable netbios. Click ok & done. Please repeat this

step for TAP

Step 4 - Mini Mobile Data

1) For Huawei & ZTE user pls use
Mini Mobile Data that we have
provided, if u cant connect using
this method , pls skip to page 10
2) Open software & connect..
*Most recommended.
*If there is any problem to connect,
pls screenshot this app too.

3) Click on Routing tab, insert 10.128.1.242 in proxy, Click GetIP &

Click Route Add.

4) Route Add Done

For --- modem

Open wardialer, choose profile dial-up created in Step 1. Insert *99#
at Dial Number & Save setting.

Connect wardialer

Open software Route & choose telco celcom &

click Add. Done!

Step 5 - Connection status

To make sure that setting that were done was a
success and does not eat up the credit later, look
at the status dial-up you will see NO network
Access & icon dial-up will show yellow triangle.
This shows that the connection is CORRECT!

*Remember not to use

the default modem
desktop manager

Step 6 - Connect TJVPN like usual

*Before u connect pls make sure there are no
other internet connected to ur pc except from
the modem

Step 7 - Disable UAC

Step 8 - Run As Admin

Right click TJVPN,

click properties,
click Compatibility,
tick check box Run this program in
compatibility mode for WinXP
or Win8 if u have windows 8.1

Step 9 - Fill in username and pass

Fill in your
username and
password

Step 10 - Create a TAP

*Please remember to disable NetBios for TAP just like slide 5 and 6

Click Add Tap Driver

Leave the port unchange

Step 11 - Connect

1. Choose Server

2. Click Save

3. Click login

*Pls use Japan, LA & LA2 for initial connection

Step 12 - Allow Firewall

Just tick both
