Mobilect Power Corporation

1.2.1. Company Background
1.2.1.1. Corporate Profile
In January 23, 1996, a group of intrepid and aspiring entrepreneurs, coming from
different fields of discipline, decided to pool their talents and resources together to form a
company. Aptly named Mobile Electrical Services, reflecting the groups youth and vigor, the
company offered electrical maintenance services. In only a short period of time, the group was
able to distinguish itself with its efficient yet economic performance, such that it was able to list
several prominent companies among its regular clientele. In fact, it was due to the insistent
prodding of these valued clienteles for additional electrical services that the group eventually
acceded and decided to incorporate the company to further expand its offered services. As such,
on that fateful 12th day of September, 2003, MOBILECT POWER CORPORATION (MPC) was
born; the answer to the electric industrys clamor for additional quality services.
