First, please allow us to express our gratitude for considering our hotel as your preferred venue for your Planned
Seminar on November 28, 2013 for a minimum of 50 persons. We are pleased to submit to you our proposal for
your event. Please do note that no function space have been blocked for your group as of this time.
Quest Hotel & Conference Center Cebu is located in the midst of Cebus business district within easy walking
distance to the popular Ayala Mall. We offer a hotel that is right on the pulse of all good things in Cebu. Guest can
choose from any of the 427 delightfully furnished rooms and suites and 10 modern state of the art meeting rooms.
The hotel combines good value with unique and inspiring design elements and uncompromising service making it
ideal for business and leisure travelers seeking a stylish but unpretentious environment.

FUNCTION ROOM INCLUDES:


Exclusive use of the Function Venue (depending on hours usage)
Provision of Projector Screen, White Board with marker and eraser, flip chart.
Provision of pads, pencils and mints
Standard PA system with 2 wired microphones during meeting
Message Board and /or reception desk outside meeting room

c. FUNCTION ROOM PARAMETER:


Function room rental will be waived once the minimum revenue requirement will be met through the
meals or estimated banquet charges. If the total banquet charge does not meet the minimum revenue
requirement, the HOTEL shall charge the difference as FUNCTION ROOM RENTAL.
Function rooms are assigned according to the expected attendance and set up. The Hotel reserves the
option to assign alternative meeting space suitable for the Groups requirements should the expected
attendance change, subject to availability and prior agreement from the Organizer.
d. INGRESS RATE/MOVE-IN RATE (for the meeting rooms)
Ingress a day before the agreed arrival date, the Hotel will apply function room rental charges as
indicated in table above.

e. FOOD AND BEVERAGE BANQUET ARRANGEMENT:


All food and beverage arrangement must be supplied exclusively by the Hotel. Guest cannot bring food
and beverage items into the hotel. In the event that the Hotel allows for food and beverage to be
brought in, corresponding handling and corkage fees shall apply on all items. Engager shall be held
responsible for the condition, quality and sufficiency of the items they brings into the hotel. The hotel
shall not be held liable for any mishandling of the condition of food brought in from an outside source
by the Engager.
In the interest of health, food safety and sanitation, the Hotel does not allow a take-out arrangement for
left-over from the buffet set-up. Food is to be displayed in chafing dishes for a maximum of two and half
(2 ) hours. Food is then dished out after the allotted time.

Note : Chairman & Delegates will not function without the central unit. Package rental price Php 10,000.00 with a minimum
of 10 delegates mic + 1 chairman unit and a central unit (Additional mic will be charged @ Php 750. Per unit)
Above Rates are inclusive of government taxes and service charge.

II.
OPTION DATE TO CONFIRM BOOKING
Please be advised the above quotation is on proposal basis and there are no function space blocked at this
stage. Upon receiving your confirmation before October 15, 2013; we will then be able to forward a
Contract of Agreement stipulating the terms and condition of the above meeting requirement and all other
terms and conditions in order to secure all the space is blocked during this period.
III.

PAYMENT

A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required to guarantee the reservation upon signing of the contract of
agreement. Remaining fifty percent (50%) or full payment must be settled fourteen (14) days prior to
event date.
