Do you agree or disagree that using animals to test safety of cosmetics or drugs

used for medical reason is never acceptable?

These days, the practice of scientific research for cosmetics and medicine
relies on animal test subject. Although animal welfare opposes the idea, it is still
agreeable that we use living subjects for research application.
First of all, it is practical to use animals for testing purposes. Since they
can easily produce offspring on a relatively short period of time. Scientific
research found this cheap and sustainable, because they require a steady supply
of test subjects. Mice and lab rats are one of the staple laboratory test
specimens. Thus, the practicality of using animals that can reproduce fast is the
key to advancement in both cosmetics and medical science.
In addition to that, we can never use a human for a test subject. The
reason is we consider it as inhumane act, testing a live human for scientific
advancement causes a great stir to the rest of society. History proves this, at the
time of the second world war the practice of using a live person was common
among captured civilians and prisoner of war, until this day it is still being
condemned. Hence, instead of using our species as a subject, it is better to make
use of animals.
Arguably, cruelty is the main reason why there are people, especially the
animal welfare supporters, rejects the idea of using animals as test subjects.
Their reason is as human we are capable of sympathizing on anything that has
life. Also human emotion plays a part of this. To conclude sympathy for anything
living is part of human nature, that is why there will be people that will stand for
animals against their use for science.
In conclusion, animals due to their practicality and a substitute for human
subjects, it is best to consider using them. Although there will be people will
oppose it of its cruelty. It is still agreeable to use animals as for testing purposes
since it outweighs its negative impact.

Some people think that it is better to educate boys and girls in separate school.
Others, however, believe that boys and girls benefit more from attending mixed
schools.
Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

These days, parents can now choose freely what school their children will
attend to. In terms of sending where peoples opinions are divided. One side of
them suggest that all boys or all girl schools are better for the children when it
comes to education. Where the other insist that mixed schools are more
beneficial for both gender.
First of all, separate schools are better when it comes to gender specific
education. Since, the lessons and exercises can be easily absorbed and
understand, because it is based on gender. Education such as engineering for
boys and nursing for girls are good examples. In addition to that it improves
gender bonds and comradery between students. Which is beneficial to them as
they grow older.
Arguably, the advantage of mixed school from the latter is the child can
freely socialize with their opposite gender, that gives them more edge after they
finish studies. Graduates from mixed gender schools benefits on this, because
they can handle situations better with other sex. Also, it offers way more career
choices for the students, since, there are no restrains on whatever profession
they choose to.
In conclusion, when it comes to gender specific education and comradery
separate gender school offers more. But, when it comes to socializing and career
choices mixed school leads. Thus, I side and agree that mixed schools are better
for the children.
