What is Stress and how does it effect us:

a state of mental tension and worry caused by problems in your life, work,
etc.

Or something that causes strong feelings of worry or anxiety.

Example:

Feeling that you cant breath.

Headaches.

Solutions for stress

1-uses meditation as a way of reducing stress.

2-dealing with the stresses of working full-time and going to school.

3-drink water to reduce stress.

five physical effects of stress:


1-Feeling tired all the time.
2-Headaches or migraine.
3-Indigestion.
4- An increase in minor illnesses.
5-Feelings of nausea.

Take a rest from difficulties or problems

Dont forget your body exercise

Be happy

Make yourself a social person

Make a time only for meditation and relaxing

Take a rest from difficulties or problems

When you have stress, dont do anything because you will do it wrong. But
if you stop eat something cool or listen to music this will reduce stress,
and you will be able to finish your project in the perfect way.

For example, if the student were under stress they will probably not do
anything, they will cry or the worse they will do their project wrongly.

Dont forget your body exercise.


The student should exercise every day because it benefits the mind as well
as their body.
For example, if the student exercise at lest 20 min a day he or she will
reduce the chance to be stressed.

Be happy
When the students enjoy and have fun all the time, they
can remove the stress. They can effectively communicate
with other students and avoid stress.
For example, if we see a stressed student he probably is
anger he even doesn't smile but when the student is happy,
there are not stress.

moderate stress.

What does this result mean to you? I cant complete my project, but I try to

What does this result mean to you? considered high perceived stress.

yourself stressed? Last month, in Tuesday I was came to college at 8:00 clock and my
schedule was full and I had only two hours for break. MS told me to do presentation and bring it
in next class so, I didn't had time to relax and eat.
Yesterday, when I had a lot of assessments to do it and I dont know how to do all of these
assessments in addition, I was work maybe 5 to 6 hours.
Describe at least one effect of this stress on you? I felt a headache and pain in eyes.

Was it effective or not? No, I felt while I was work but when l was finish I felt everything
was good.

consider as a low stress.
