First of all I am generally very happy because my MCT ms.Julie called me a
dynamical teacher! In addition, my research is about how to be a dynamical teacher and the first three weeks was very difficult on me as a teacher trainer because I was trying my best to make the students achieving the learning outcome but in a way that attracts their attention. However, in those three weeks I made the students follow some rules such as silence fingers, eyes on me, 1-2-3 terrific, body pen, and own classroom rules that makes the students set well and their eyes on the teacher. But I forgot to follow some of my lesson plan because whenever I be in the classroom and teaching I feel that I am in different world that includes me and my students, so when I did the activities I did not follow exactly what I planned. Also, I made a few changes that the MCT gave me and my friend Aisha which she is also a teacher trainer. However, I used the volume level of my sound, such as happy (loud) so they repeat it loudly, happy (low voice) so they repeat it in low voice, and whispering puzzled and they repeat the word like me by whispering. Also, I learned from MCT before the lesson to make the students recognizing that they made a thing that made me unhappy or angry so I stopped the group activity because they were too loud and this helped me to get their attention in the next activity which is booklet. Singing part was the most amazing part that I like and I will always like it, because being dynamical teacher is not about me as a teacher only, while it is to make students learning in a way that makes them super happy and will not forget what they took. Nevertheless, my lesson was based mostly about engaging students to learn by fun, and I am generally proud of myself that I managed through three weeks to be dynamical. In addition, I am not perfect on being dynamic but the engagement of students shows me how they are having fun in learning.

My reflection on my MCT feedback of the lesson:
My MCT feedback about me was very well and I strongly agree about every single word she said about me and I appreciate every word, so I have many strengths and some of development areas to improve my teaching style. In addition, the MCT describes me as spontaneous teacher which means that the girls are totally with me in the class because I am so much connecting with them. Additionally, in my teaching style I am working more on building relationship with the students because this will make teaching easier for me and easier for students to be in positive learning environment. Moreover, I am planning to make a word bank that support students to
visualized the words on the board, and monitoring assessments more in the classroom individually to check students understanding of levels.
