Introduction:

I believe that teaching is the strategies that helps the students learn, where it occurs if positive
learning is there. (Cole, Jill.E. 2012) And you know that learning is happening when the
students minds work and investigate the new concepts the teacher teaches to them.

Joy in learning
There is no doubt that if each one of us found the best ways he or she can learn through
they will find learning delightful. So, as a teacher am aiming at delivering a truthful joy in
learning, where it attracts the students to crave for getting knowledge. (Black, A. Deci, E. 2000) I
want to let the students investigate the most suitable ways they can learn, and for things that can
close the lesson core to them. Nowadays, some techniques can measure the students attraction to
a learning style. (James W, Keefe, W. 2016) Now in this century our country the UAE is an
educated country, the Ministry of Education is giving a chance for everyone in its land to get free
education in schools.

Teacher is a reason for students development

A truthful fact I know is that a reason for the students progress in learning and behavior
is the teacher, where she is the one who guides the students into their proper ways of learning.
Yes, some students do collaborate well with the others, but in the very young age, not all the kids
make the best relationships with others. There the teacher role in the class comes, where she does
specific techniques like mixing the students in the class or giving each student in the group a role
to do that leads the kids to become more collaborative.( Linda J. & Kenneth H. 2010) Also,
confidence can occur when the teacher is flexible with the students in the class, but if the teacher

is always strict and never gives the chance to the kids to talk, the opportunity for them to be
confident will decrease. (Szucs, A. 2001)

The need for learning English language

Meanwhile, there is a massive expansion in teaching English that had been wider in the Arab
countries and especially in the UAE in between the end of the nineteenth and the beginning of
the twentieth century. This is reflected for the needing for using English as the language of the
earth. That is not the only case that led me to love teaching the English language; it is because it
suits the kind of knowledge I want the students to receive in the way that I feel it is better more
to them.

The ideal student

I completely trust that having the ideal student is a doubtless discussion where he for sure will be
a behaved student who will be willing to help his classmates and guide them to be like him.
From my experience in teaching in the English academy in RAK, I saw and journalized that the
kids there are all routinely helping each other. So, leading the students in the government
schools to be modelized students can give me a hand on finding their ideal abilities. Linking that
to my idea of Managing the classroom by using a variety of theoretical techniques. That is one
of my personal development goals. It is common that if the teacher rewarded a student for his
good attitude during the lesson his classmates will be motivated to act like him or sometimes
better to be rewarded more. And that is believed by many researchers showed in my action
research topic.

Conclusion
All in all, teaching is not an easy job, and it is not like tutoring the students and that is it, but
teachers are the ones who guides, teach and push the students to learn better. It is important to
learn, where if you are not educated you will not fit in this century because the technology is
developing with each passing minute.
