Managerial position: high efficiency and effectiveness simultaneously
Switch processes around to increase efficiency: least amount of input and
most amount of output
Four functions of management:
1. Planning: define goals, establish strategy, develop plansplanning
2. Organizing: determine what needs to be done, strategize by
abilities, how, who
3. Leading: motivate, leadings, actions that involve with dealing with
other people(fuck)
4. Controlling: monitoring activities to ensure that they go as planned
(setting a plan and actually following through with it)

Is it still managing when you manage robots?


If you have to manage humans and robots, will management still be the
