Line Follower
Laboratory: Circuit Simulation Laboratory, Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering,
NIT Rourkela, India.
Short Description: In this project, I learnt about the configuration of different ICs and also the algorithm to
solve a grid. Use and programming in AVR studio are some of the skills acquired from this project.
2. Title:
Balloon Satellite-I
Laboratory: Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering, NIT Rourkela, India.
Short Description: In this project, I learnt about interfacing different types of sensors with Arduino and
AVR and I have designed the integrated sensor circuit and the power circuit. From this I have acquired
skills of designing PCBs in Eagle.
3. Title:
Modeling of recessed source/drain SOI MOSFET.
Laboratory: Device Simulation Laboratory, Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering,
NIT Rourkela, India.
Short Description: In this project for the first time advantage of recessed source/drain and of dual-metal
gate structure have been incorporated simultaneously using Compact Model.

1. Title:
Balloon Satellite-II
Laboratory: Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering, NIT Rourkela, India.
Short Description: This project is the advanced version of the Balloon Satellite -I and in this project, I am
leading the circuit designing team . This time , we have decided to integrate more number of sensors to
study the percentage of different gases present in higher altitudes.
2. Title:
Intelligent Home Automation System(HAS)
Laboratory: Product Development Laboratory, Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering,
NIT Rourkela, India.
Short Description: This project elaborates the idea of using an adaptive control system for managing
household consumption of electricity. Here, we will be controlling the home appliances using IR sensors,
Bluetooth and Wi-Fi Module.
