A cumulative GPA of 2.00 is required for graduation
from the School of Law.

Cumulative GPA below 3.00 results in probation. Two
consecutive semesters on probation can result in
suspension. Continuation requires approval by the
Vice Provost for Graduate Programs.

Students are academically eligible to re-enroll unless
otherwise indicated. Students on Academic Suspension
are not eligible to continue enrollment and must remain
out of the University as follows:
First Suspension - Minimum of one regular semester

Third Suspension - May be ineligible for further
enrollment
Prior to Fall 1994:
