Project Purpose or Justification:

To develop a web application system named UniKL MIIT Online Technoproneurship Assessment
System . The project purpose it to provide student and teacher handy tools to conduct teaching and
learning activity , so teacher and student can interact with each other through a website and provide
easy access anytime and anywhere.

Project Description:
Every course require student to complete series of lecture, assignment,quiz ,test and examination for
them to pass the course. Unfortunately, these all required a wasting a lot of paper and lecturer need to
mark the paper manually .Lecturer job of teaching the student have been distracted with them need to
manually key in each students mark . Developing a web application for Online Assessment system might
solved the problem that have been on going since past time.

Project and Product Requirements:

1. The system should have login feature that will authenticate between student and lecturer.
2.The system should have online quiz/test and allow student to answer the quiz/test .
3.The system should have timing system for student to answer the quiz/test.
4.The system should automatically calculate the marks and submit it to the management.
5. The system should have forum section where lecturer and student can interact with each other.

Acceptance Criteria:
1. A user that have student account only can access student page .
2. Only Lecturer can create quiz/test and set their answering method.
3. Only Lecturer can set the desired time for conduction online quiz/test.
4. Only lecturer can edit the marks calculated.
5. Only Lecturer can upload notes on the forum section , student can only download it .

Initial Risks:
1. There is a risk of network failure we need experts to handle such errors.
2. For data bases we need strong tool to avoid loss of data. We need to have backup server to avoid
this situation.

Conflict Resolution:
Conflict resolution is very challenging job hence project manager will address conflicts in accordance
with the supervisor of team.

Escalation Path for Authority Limitations:

Any problem which occurs outside the authority of project manager in this case project manager will
refer problem to line manager
