Living a healthy lifestyle is very important for people today. We have many
people who do want to make positive changes to better their lives and we have others
who do not really care to. I know I may look healthy but I am not. I do not eat the right
kinds of food, I tend to eat the unhealthy types of foods. I also do not exercise as much as
I should but I am still somewhat active. There are many changes that I would love for
myself to do, I just need to stick with it and keep focusing that I am doing this to help my
body become healthy. I will make myself eat a good breakfast since that is the most
important meal of the day, eat some healthy snacks throughout the day, drink lots of
water, and exercise almost every single day. These little changes will pay off as long as I
stay dedicated to doing this.

I do not think I am very successful at many things when it comes to being healthy.
However, I do drink plenty of water throughout the day. I enjoy eating fruits but I also
know that there is sugar in the fruits as well. Vegetables is something I never really liked
growing up but I have slowly been eating them more often. This is process where I can
see myself succeeding in as long as I keep trying. I do try staying active by playing
volleyball on a recreational league, I enjoy going on hikes, and bike rides. I feel the
ratings from the low assessments are indicative of your true state of wellness due to the
results because it tells you how it is and that is when you know you need to start making
some changes to better your health.

I can use this information to lead a work place or a community towards a more
healthy and active lifestyle by showing them the many outcomes of what is to be

unhealthy. With that, they should be able to really see and get a better idea of what they
can do to prevent that from happening to themselves. I would make pamphlets providing
information and helpful tips to stay on the right track with eating healthy and exercising.
The more we spread the work to others in our work place or community, the better it will
be for everyone.

When I took a health assessment on the Google search I was quite surprised with
my results. The results said You are unhealthy. You may not suffer from disease at the
moment, but your current condition is no recipe for optimal health. Over time, your poor
daily choices and lack of discipline are sure to lead you down the path to disease. The
good news is that your body will respond quickly to the changes were going to help you
make in your life! (Anderson, n.d.). I knew I was not in the best shape because I do not
eat healthy nor do I really exercise but seeing the results saying that I am unhealthy really
got me thinking that I need to change my eating habits.

I made this assessment which was inspired by the assessment I took. It was a
health assessment and I asked questions that all pertained to health from food intake,
exercise, sleep, alcohol intake, and much more. Every single question was clear enough
to see the things you should be doing and the things you shouldnt be doing. I thought
these twelve questions on the assessment was just the right amount because I did not
want it to be overwhelming. While I took the assessment on Google, there were about 50
questions and some of them I did not necessarily think it pertained to me. While I was
answering the questions to my own assessment, it keeps reminding me of how I should

start being more healthy because I have always wanted to become more healthy so I do
not see what is stopping me.

Now I plan on watching carefully of what I eat daily and how much I exercise as
well. I know it will not be easy at first but I know the ending results will definitely be
worth it. Dr. As health assessment really opened my eyes to see what I have been doing
to my body. I am lucky right now that I am still alright but I have to prepare for my future
self and if I can prevent diseases or anything from happening to me then I should just do
it.
