RM63.60 per month.
1.2. Who is eligible for this HyppTV Jumbo Pack?

This pack is eligible to new and existing both UniFi VIP and Streamyx (4mbps & 8mbps) subscribers.
1.3. When will the HyppTV Jumbo Pack be available?

The HyppTV Jumbo Pack is available to eligible subscribers starting from 15th January 2015.
1.4. How much is the price for this pack?

This pack is priced at RM63.60 per month for a minimum of twelve (12) months contract.
1.5. How will you charge us?
New UniFi VIP & Streamyx (4mbps & 8mbps) Subscribers

For new UniFi VIP & Streamyx (4mbps & 8mbps) Subscribers, you can opt-in anytime during
your 30-days free viewing period. The 12 months contract will only begin after your 30 days
Premium Channel free viewing period has ended.
Existing Unifi VIP & Streamyx (4mbps & 8mbps) subscribers
For existing Unifi VIP & Streamyx (4mbps & 8mbps) subscribers who have never
subscribed to any Premium Channels, an auto-recurring charge of RM63.60 will be
reflected in your bill starting from the date of subscription. Please take note that by opting in
to the HyppTV Jumbo Pack, you will be subjected to a monthly recurring charge over a
period of twelve (12) months.
For existing Unifi VIP & Streamyx (4mbps & 8mbps) Subscriber with existing HyppTV
Premium Channels subscriptions, the subscription to the HyppTV Jumbo Pack will
commence from the opt-in date for a period of twelve (12) months. The subscription to the
existing Premium Channels that are included within HyppTV Jumbo Pack will be
automatically deleted once the subscriber has subscribed to HyppTV Jumbo Pack. However,
no rebates will be provided for the above mentioned subscribed Premium Channels. Please
take note that by subscribing to HyppTV Jumbo Pack, you will be subjected to a monthly
recurring charge of RM63.60 over a period of 12 months.

package at any date deemed necessary.
1.9. When can I start enjoying HyppTV Jumbo Pack?

you subscribe to the pack.
1.10. Can I select my own preferred Premium Channels under this pack?
No, only pre selected Premium Channels are offered for this pack. You may subscribe to other Premium
Channels not included in the pack on ala carte basis.
1.11. What about new Premium Channels launched after 15th January 2015? Will they be included
in HyppTV Jumbo Pack?
Newly launched channels may be added into the HyppTV Jumbo Pack, if deemed suitable. TM reserves
the right to replace, add or remove the number of HyppTV Premium Channels in this package. Premium
Channels under this promotion are pre-determined and cannot be changed to other Premium Channels.
1.12. How do I subscribe to any future Premium Channel (s) not included in HyppTV Jumbo Pack?
For any future Premium Channel (s) not included in HyppTV Jumbo Pack, you need to purchase the
channel(s) separately on ala carte basis.

Yes. A contract period of 12 months is applicable to this pack.

1.16. Is there any penalty for early termination?

Yes. If you decide to terminate the subscription before the contract ends, early termination penalty shall
apply i.e. RM63.60 multiply the number of remaining months and the amount will be charged as a lump
sum to your bill.
1.17. How long does the termination take effect?

The termination takes automatically from the date of termination request.
1.18. What happens after my 12 month contract has ended?

You may choose to continue to subscribe to HyppTV Jumbo Pack or terminate the package at no penalty
fee. Termination of the HyppTV Jumbo Pack will only occur upon request from the subscriber via the
methods mentioned in 1.15.

HyppTV Aneka Pack is a package that offers both UniFi VIP and Streamyx (4mbps & 8mbps) subscribers
a bundle of selected 7 Premium Channels and 3 Video On Demand (VOD) at a low price of RM31.80 per
month.
2.2. Who is eligible for this HyppTV Aneka Pack?

HyppTV Ruby Pack is a package that offers UniFi VIP subscribers a bundle of selected 12
Premium Chinese Channels at a low price of RM42.40 per month.
2.2. Who is eligible for this HyppTV Ruby Pack?

This pack is eligible to new and existing Unifi VIP subscribers.
4.3. When will the Pack be available?

The pack is available to eligible subscribers starting from 15 January 2013.

This pack price is RM42.40 per month for a minimum of 12 months contract.
New UniFi VIP Subscribers

For new UniFi VIP Subscribers, you can opt-in anytime during your 30-days free viewing
period. The 12 months contract will only begin after their 30 days Premium Channel free
viewing period has ended.
Existing Unifi VIP subscribers

4.5.1. For existing Unifi VIP subscribers who have never subscribed to any Premium

7.1. What is HyppTV Sports Pack?
The New HyppTV Sports Pack consists of 9 premium sports channels currently available at
HyppTV as of 1st August 2013.

This pack is eligible to new and existing Unifi and Streamyx (4Mbps & 8Mbps) subscribers.

For new UniFi & Streamyx subscribers, you can opt-in anytime during your 30-days free viewing
period. The 12 months contract will only begin after your 30 days Premium Channel free viewing
period has ended.
2. Existing Unifi & Streamyx subscribers
2.1. For existing Unifi & Streamyx subscribers who have never subscribed to any Premium
Channels, an auto-recurring charge of RM31.80 will be reflected in your bill starting from the date
of subscription. Please take note that by opting in to the HyppTV Sports Pack, you will be
subjected to a monthly recurring charge over a period of twelve (12) months.
2.2. For existing Unifi & Streamyx subscriber with existing HyppTV Premium Channels
subscriptions, the subscription to the HyppTV Sports Pack will commence from the opt-in date for
a period of twelve (12) months. The subscription to the existing Premium Channels that are
included within HyppTV Sports Pack will be automatically deleted once the subscriber has
subscribed to HyppTV Sports Pack. However, no rebates will be provided for the above
mentioned subscribed Premium Channels. Please take note that by subscribing to HyppTV
Sports Pack, you will be subjected to a monthly recurring charge of RM31.80 over a period of 12
