Reflection:
A well-managed LMS can greatly benefit all students, teachers and parents. Teachers can communicate more quickly with
students as well as display many resources with rationale. Teachers can more effectively run a flipped classroom with the correct
use of the LMS. The learning management system also makes collaborative learning more accessible. There are other
collaborative tools as well such as Pinterest. Students are able to work and learn with their peers. In a future classroom I will use a
LMS to communicate and organize the class materials. I will also encourage collective learning.
