Information about the Island


25% of the population is under 12
25% of the population is 12-17
50% of the population is 18 and
older

The natural resources on this island


will allow you to survive as long as
everyone on the island works 3-6
hours a day

How will the island be ruled?


The island will be ruled under a
democratic government.

The head(Leader) of the island is


chosen by the 50% of the survivors
that are 18 and older.

The head of the island(Leader) can


select representatives.

The leader is in charge for 2 years.

How will the laws and decisions be established?


The laws and decisions will be
established by the 50% of the
survivors that are 18 and older.

The head(Leader) encourages


everyone 18 and older to participate
in making the laws and decisions.

When the laws and decisions will be


established,they will be
communicated to the head(Leader).

How will the laws and decisions be enforced?


The laws and decisions will be
enforced by the chosen survivors
who are 18 and older and the
head(Leader).

There will be a team of those


survivors in every corner of the island
where a camp is set up.

These chosen survivors will enforce


all laws and decisions established.

How will the leaders be selected?


The leaders will be selected by all
the survivors.

The survivors will have a voting to


determine who will become the
head(Leader) and his/her
representatives.

The voting will be anonymousso


there is no unfairness.

How long will a leader remain thehead on the


island?
The leader will remain the head the
of the island for 2 years

After the 2 years a new leader will


be selected from the chosen
representatives, not theother
survivors.

What powers and responsibilities will the leader


have?
The Leader will keep the survivors
informed about everything going on
in the island.

The Leader will have tochange some


decisions so the survivors are satisfied
with the environment.

The leader will provide jobs so


everyone is involved and
communicating there ideas.

Who will work?, and How will the work be


distributed?
Everyone who is 15 and older will
work.

Hunting will be done by everyone18


and older.

Finding materials to build shelters will


be split between 15-18 year old's.

Building the shelters will be


distributed between the leaders and
his/her representatives and50% of
the population that is 18 and older.

Will there be anyone who will be exempted


from the work?
The only way they will be excused
from the work is if they have been
seriously injured, not feeling well,
or any serious medical conditions.

Anybody over 55 years of age will


get a break every hour when
working.

Laws of the Island


1. Everyone has equal rights
2. Respecting everyone on the island
3. Never go anywhere alone
4. Everyone has to abide the decisions
and rules made by the leaders and
his/her representatives

5. No lying or stealing
