This resource is generally applicable, but it also aligns well with Innovative Designer and Global
Collaborator.

RESOURCE DESCRIPTION
Give a brief description of the technology/resource.

Educreations is an app that allows you to have a sort of digital whiteboard that records your voice and
handwriting. It also allows you to insert photos and videos to make a recordable lesson that is interactive
and personalizable.

INTEGRATION IDEA - PRESENTATION


How might you use this resource in a lesson plan to promote students
presentation/speaking/communication skills?
I would use this resource in two ways. One, I would record my own lesson on it that would be posted
online so that students could revisit a lesson that they either missed or didnt understand. But the
second and best way I would use this is by allowing students to use it in a small group to present a
portion of a lesson and teach it to the class. For example, when I teach the lesson on matrices I would
have one group make an Educreation on finding the inverse matrix, one group on finding the addition of
matrices, one group on finding the multiplication of matrices, and etc.

you described, using the selected resource?

Explain your rating based on the rubric indicators.
The lesson hinges on the Educreation. Not only will it become part of the class overall because
the students will be able to access lessons at home, but for this and other specific lessons it will
allow the students to collaborate with one another and teach each other. This will increase
students engagement and keeps them active.
