A: No, I was in my fifth year of BS Agriculture in BSU when I stopped.
Q: How many months, days or years are you here?
A: Nine (9) months.
Q: What crime were you charged?
A: Murder with alleged threat.
Q: When was the crime committed?
A: November 28, 2015.
Q: When were you arrested?
A: November 29, 2015.
Q: Do you know the case number of your case?
A: No.
Q: What court was your case filed?
A: RTC Branch 9.
Q: Whats the status of your case? Was there a hearing date set?
A: None. Im waiting for my Petition for Bail to be granted.
Q; When will your petition be heard?
A: October 17, 2016.

A: Atty. Emiliano Gayo.
Q: Do you know the victim?
A: No.
Q: Can you tell us your story? Or what is your version of your story?

A: Its about 10:00 to 11:00 evening of November 28, 2015, we came from trading post
together with my four companions and parked at a Caltex gasoline station, and were
sober.
Q: Were you heavily drunk?
A: No. We just drink a little.
Q: Who was driving?
A: Me.
Q: Continue.
A: We were not the only ones there. The victim and his group were also. I am having
conversation with a taxi driver with regard to former experience, which they kept on
butting in, without any cause. I went to the trading to call my companion and fight back
against. I was confronting the victim when a fight broke out between my companions
and the companions of the victim. Someone was behind me and try to strangulate me
from behind. I was so afraid that I broke free and run into the car with my companions
and drive away. We went to the BODEGA. One of my companion confessed that he
stabbed the person whom I was having an argument with. Thats the only time I was
able to know of such fact.
Q: Your other companions heard him say it?
A: Yes.
Q: Did you try to ask them if they can testify against your other friend who you say
stabbed the victim?
A: I dont know. I did not try.
Q: Okay. Continue with your story.
A: We separate ways then. About early morning of November 29, 2015, I was passing
by Longlong, La Trinidad when a police car asked me to stop. I stopped and the police
officers asked me if a stabbed the victim last night. I said that it was not me but my other
companion. They then asked me to show them where he is. We went Farmers Trading
Post.

A: I pin pointed my companion and we were invited to the police station where the
police conducted the investigation. Our pictures were taken. I was made to sleep inside
the police station. The following day, my brothers came with a lawyer. Now, we are just
waiting whether my petition to bail will be granted.
Q: What about the story of the victim?
A: The complaint alleges that I was strangulating the victim while my companion came
and stabbed the victim. That we ran after and left the victim while his companions were
coming our way.
