GENERAL DESCRIPTION
PETROL CLEANER is an Eco Friendly, water based, non-toxic,
degreasing agent recommended to eliminate oils and Hydrocarbons
compounds from all surfaces.
PETROL CLEANER has been developed in research laboratories in accordance
with market requirements that asks increasingly the use of eco-friendly
substances and it has an innovative natural and vegetable composition,
high biodegradable , unique in its field.
PETROL CLEANER doesnt dissove dirt but it solubilizes it, using a repulsive
action that takes it off from the surfaces and it prevents its reconstitution.
PETROL CLEANER is particularly active and effective in removing hydrocarbon
dirt the petrol-chemical and mechanic industry field making possible the
cleanliness of plants, tools and work areas, by preventing oxidation of the
materials and the creation of limestone. It is ideal either for manual jobs
or using water-cleaning machines or steam machines.

HOW IT WORKS
When the compounds, put in the mixture, are in contact with liquid
or gas hydrocarbons, they have a breaking down effect on the molecules,
creating a repulsion among them.
This action breaks the hydrocarbon compound in small particles,
easily removed from the push fluid of the cleaning machines (usually water
or steam) or just using a cloth or a brush. The breaking down action
is immediate and its effectiveness is eye naked visible.

PRINCIPAL USES / APPLICATION FIELDS

PETROL CLEANER being none aggressive can be used in any plant,
without remove plastics, glass, membranes, or other critical items,
generally not compatible with aggressive cleaning agents.
MECHANICAL WORKSHOP: cleaning and removal of grease, oils,
lubricants, environments, workbenches, tools, etc.
AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY: all degreasing tasks.
REFINERY: maintenance and cleaning of valves, pipeline, heat exchanger,
tanks, reactor etc.
DEGAS TANKS AND PIPES: hydrocarbons in gas phase, will be neutralized
when Petrol Cleaner is sprayed with ULV or steam.
CHEMICAL INDUSTRY: degas pipes, plants, reactors and clean chemical
liquids reducing their properties making them less dangerous.
PORTS AND AIRPORTS: used to clean aircrafts and ships, it eliminates
odours, and all greasy and oily traces. Full compatibility with special
materials used in these fields.
BAC recommends Petrol Cleaner to be used after the bulk of
oil/hydrocarbon has been removed, indeed after the application of the product,
the hydrocarbon wont be used again because it will be partially or completely
disrupted. Petrol Cleaner prevents the oil/hydrocarbons from forming
a film on the surfaces by separating these molecules into micron
sized parts which are easily removable.

USE INSTRUCTIONS
Feeding and Dosage
NORMAL CLEANING: spraying or misting the product
on the affected area, leave for a few seconds and remove
with absorbent paper. Rinse if necessary.

Technical Data
Composition: an aqueous solution of natural compounds
and non-ionic surfactants

HARD AND DEEP CLEANING: spraying or misting

directly on the affected area and leave for a few seconds
may be necessary to brush the area, remove with
absorbent paper. Rinse if necessary. High Pressure
water machine or steam machine is recommended.

Odour: odourless

MECHANICAL CLEANING: use the product with

high-pressure washing machine; regulate the dose of
product based on the requirements of the particular
case (recommended to use first at 10% and eventually
reduce to an optimum level ). For good performance of the
product, respecting the mode of use in relation to the type
of dirt being dealt with. If applied hot (water at 60 )
or steam pressure machine it will improve efficiency
saving time and money.
TANKS: the products are formulated for oil & gas field
applications and it represents the optimal solution to
remove the hydrocarbons compounds from the tanks.
PETROL CLEANER is pumped into the injection water line
at the surface into the tank to break up and make gases
inert . Then a pressure pump or other systems used by
the client spray the walls and the floor. Finally the sewage
effluent will be taken out from suction pump.
No special high performance pumps are necessary.
The proper dosage depends on the particular tank
characteristics.
A thorough analysis of your field conditions can be
performed by BAC, in order for a subject matter expert
to develop a treatment program that meets your needs.
Note: At higher temperature the product has increased
efficiency without loosing its characteristics.

In general, storing in cool and ventilated area is not
mandatory.
Can also be stored outside with temperature >4C.

Shelf life
Under above mentioned storage conditions, the shelf life
of the resin will be 12 months ex work.
