LWACH (Light Weight Advanced Combat Helmet)

The ArmorSource LWACH (Light Weight Advanced Combat Helmet) is a solid

head protection solution. The LWACH is the newest military helmet designed
for the U.S. Dept. of Defense, developed specifically to replace the older ACH
styles used by the U.S. Army and other U.S. military forces. ArmorSource has
become the first vendor of this new helmet style to the U.S. Army. The AS-505
LWACH helmet:

provides high protection against a wide spectrum of small fragments

as well as handgun bullets;
undergoes more extensive testing methods in order to improve the safety
of the war fighter;
is lighter than the ACH;
is a shape used and accepted by the U.S. Government and other military
organizations worldwide; and
is made in the United States.
