is helpful for me because it helps me find a multitude of pictures to add to my Gallery
portion of my website. This also provides my newcomers to visually see what and how the
protestors take their action amongst the streets.

believe in. It gives a slight background story on how the movement came into existence
by noting the shooting death of Trayvon Martin back in 2012. This part of the website also
provides information on how the use of social media made the movement larger. It also
provides an in depth definition--along with a visual/flowchart--on what Black Lives
Matter mean.

social media, this article details why BLM has become so widespread internationally. It
also provides a section titled Offshoot Movements which describes the opposition
towards the movement.

it involved a recent interview to go by.

also shows a couple of protesters who are being interviewed on their views on the
movement. The audio clip tells the story as to why young activists are choosing to fight
for what they believe in as well as their overall purpose. This video is good for my
website because it acts as a visual description on the movement.

were Black. All the ways are related to the most recent deaths by police brutality as is so
that the celebrities featured in the video doesn't look like they are making up their own
ways. This video is partnered with Alicia Keys and her We are Here movement. This
video is great for my website because it gives a visual representation on how unsafe a
black person really is in America.

This is useful because it provides background information on the details of the Ferguson

Martin which also provides the start of the BLM movement. It provides the date of
which the shooting occurred and the documented information provided by the Sanford
Police Department. This article touches up on the protests that came along with the trial.
People felt that George Zimmerman needed to be charged with first degree murder rather
than second degree. This article provides the date of the trial and information on the
elected jury as well as the reaction of the citizens in Sanford.
