Title of Artifact: Observation Hour Sheets
Standard: Standard 10: Professional Development- Teachers shall participate as active,
responsible members of the professional community, engaging in a wide range of reflective
practices, pursuing opportunities to grow professionally and establishing collegial relationships
to enhance the teaching and learning process.
I am placing my Observation Hour Sheets under Standard 10 Professional Development, as
evidence of continued mastery. My observation hours sheet is a form, which explains the time
and dedication I put into each visit while student teaching. Being able to student teach for a
minimum of three hours each visit let me gain many relationships within the school, which will
help my growth professionally. I will be able to use the techniques I observed and implement
them in my teaching and learning process.
