Preamble: Whereas, there are 11.2 million illegal immigrants currently living in the
United States with a growth rate of 5.4% a year over the past twenty years that cost
taxpaying citizens 113 million dollars a year, since over 2 million of the illegal
immigrants are convicted criminals, since there are 1.7 million more illegal immigrants in
the US than unemployed Americans actively seeking work,
SECTION 1: Cut federal funding of law enforcement agencies that do not fully enforce
immigration laws and provide sanctuary to illegal immigrants.
SECTION 2: Provide 20,000 troops with their tanks, helicopters, and U.S. Air Force
overflights to be utilized along the southern border by-Sub-SECTION A: Taking 20,000 troops out of the 38,000 troops in
Germany to protect the southern border.
Sub-SECTION B: Placing ten US troops at each of the 330 ports of entry
along the southern border.
Sub-SECTION C: Placing a border patrol station every mile along the
southern border with 16 US soldiers patrolling the surrounding area 24
hours a day, seven days a week.
Sub-SECTION D: Use Air Force overlights every twelve hours to regulate
a bird's eye view of the southern border.
SECTION 3: Enact mandatory incarceration for employers and CEOs that employ illegal
immigrants by-Sub-SECTION A: Seizing a percentage of the companies profits made by
exploiting illegal immigrants for cheap labor.
(A) Any company officials that become aware of illegal
immigrants working under them without their
knowledge
can turn in the illegals and the employers responsible
for
hiring them for have amnesty.
Sub-SECTION B: Detaining the illegal immigrants until they can be
deported back to their country of residence.

SECTION 4: Implement biometric tracking to be used as immigrants enter the United


States by-Sub-SECTION A: Implementing biometric tracking for all foreigners
without a visa at all land and sea border crossings as well as international
airports during their time in the US.

SECTION 5: Issue H-2A forms for immigrants when jobs in the agricultural industry are
not filled by US citizens by-Sub-SECTION A: Allowing immigrants from any country that have no
criminal record to obtain H-2A visas and are tracked using procedures
discussed in section 4.
(A) Immigrants with H-2A visas are required to check
in with their local police station once a
month and provide proof of employment.
Sub-SECTION B: Detaining and deporting any immigrant with an H-2A
visa
found guilty of a felony or any violent crime.
Sub-SECTION C: Warning H-2A visa holders a month before their visa
expires and deporting them if they overstay their visa.
SECTION 6: Collect a two dollar tax from every nonresident entering the United States
by land air and sea to fund the immigration policies discussed above.
SECTION 7: This bill shall go into effect 90 days after passage and will come up for
reauthorization in 2020.
